Our suppliers will ship your product directly from the factory to you.

The delivery time will be between 10 to 25 business days.

If there are customs delays and the order is held in Brazil, this period until release does not count as the delivery time.

We take care in choosing suppliers who, in addition to price and quality, also expedite the shipping time.

Once the estimated time has passed, we recommend that you contact the postal service (Correios) to clarify the reason for the delay.

If the postal service does not have your order, please contact us immediately so we can verify with our suppliers.

If it is confirmed that there is an issue with the logistics of your order, we will issue a FULL refund of your purchase immediately after these verification steps.

The tracking code for your order will be sent via email between 5 to 10 business days after your order is confirmed.

If your order was placed using the Bank Slip (Boleto Bancário) option, the time between payment and bank clearance can take up to 5 business days.
